Any materials provided by the client for use in the project must not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights. Clients are responsible for securing necessary permissions for content provided.

Uniquely Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to your use of the Service is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service.
